Ripple Effect is about fulfilling the Great Commission.

When it comes to knowing God and making Him known, each of us has a decision to make: Will I say yes to Jesus when He calls me for His purpose? Your yes is more important than you may see - there’s a ripple effect that follows. One yes represents their eternity - the lives changed because of your obedience to Jesus. Making Him known means multiplying yourself: a disciple making disciples. Ripple Effect is a vision for growing the Kingdom of God. One represents many.

We believe that the next generation is ready to say yes. We stand ready to empower them to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ - to go and make disciples of all nations.

Elise’s Story

As a young person, I knew I had a call on my life to ministry, but I had no idea how I would get there. It wasn’t until a pastor took a chance on 22-year-old me that I began to really walk in my calling despite voices who discouraged otherwise in those early years. Sometimes, it just takes a leader who sees, who affirms the call, and empowers the young person to lead. There were many who wanted me to fit into the stereotypical ministry box they’d already seen, but God had called me to build things that didn’t yet exist. In every role I’ve ever held in church ministry, I’ve built things from the ground up, investing in individuals who, just like me, were called to ministry. There were many moments I questioned how I could keep going with the challenges I’d faced in those early years, just like 50% of pastors who don’t make it past 5 years. Had I listened to the doubt, I would have quit before I had really even started.

I needed community.

I needed accountability.

I needed encouragement.

I needed resources.

Now, over a decade spent investing in the next generation of leaders, God has placed a vision on my heart to close this gap. The Church needs more leaders to step into the mantle of the call of God. The Church needs a succession plan. The Church needs to empower those who are willing to say yes. The Church needs leaders who last.

The next generation needs those who are willing to see, to affirm, and to empower them in their calling. It’s time we provide community, accountability, and resources for the next generation to walk in the fullness of the call of God on their lives. They will change the world; we stand ready to empower. This is the Ripple Effect.

Your call isn’t just about you.
It’s about who you represent.
You aren’t just called to know God.

You are called to make God known.
