Dinner Time!

During the weekly evening studio times eating dinner at Ripple Effect is an option.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays I will prepare healthy vegetarian soup and salad to be available for anyone who has worked up an appetite for a modest $5.00.

The focus here is on delicious, organic meatless dishes. Some of my personal favorites are Vegetable and Corn Chowder, or Lantern Soup, a hearty squash soup with navy beans that is flavorful and filling.

I do cook with organic dairy and some nuts. Breads or muffins might occasionally be gluten free. Desserts are prepared with organic ingredients and one of my personal favorites happens to be vegan Mint Chocolate Brownies!

Reservations are requested.

You are, of course,  welcome to bring your own food and drink if you so desire.
