Commissioned Art

Commissioned original art created in collaboration with client.

This is another “branch” of RIpple Effect. When a client desires an inspirational piece of art, but doesn’t have the time or desire to create it, I will.

Feed Your Soul

This image came to me after listening to “Seeds of Transformation” meditation narrated by my friend and mentor davidji*.

In the explanation of the meditation he talks about planting the seed of your dream in the fertile soil of your heart and then releasing it to the Universe and watching it unfold. The rainbow colored spiral represents the colors of our chakras leading to the center image of the seed sprouting and sending out all the good things that can come from the original intention.

Feed Your Soul

I have spent many years as a part-time floral designer and so when the idea of a wreath came to me it was an easy image to bring to fruition.  If you look closely the flowers are actually images of chocolates.FeedYourSoul2

Oh how chocolate can bring joy and happiness!! It’s in a state of joy that our souls are nourished. Perhaps you’ll try the chocolate meditation while you’re at Ripple Effect? Ask for a special treat.

Wolf Watercolor

Many people identify with a certain animal because they admire some of their characteristics. The wolf has had great symbolism for the people in many native cultures. Wolves are intensely loyal, extremely intelligent, have great instincts as well as an appetite for freedom. It was the meaningful archetype for this client.

wolf-pictWhat’s your archetype? Perhaps it’s superhero? An ancient god or goddess like Thor or Athena? Whatever or whomever I can design the perfect image for you.

Vision Boards

Tell me about the area of your life you would like to improve and I will then create a vision board of words and images that support your goal and

Each is unique and will represent those things that you want to focus on and strive to achieve.

Positive, fun and colorful, these boards are a great way to have a visual reminder and motivation.

Step 1:

You express an interest in the service and fill out the online questionnaire prior to our initial consultation.

Step 2:

We will set up a 30 minute FREE consultation when we’ll discuss the questionnaire and your ideas. During this time we’ll brainstorm further and decide together if we will move forward in the process. Once we agree to work together you will return to see my preliminary sketches and ideas within a two week period. The follow up meeting is a $50 cost.

Step 3:

At this meeting I will present my ideas and sketches and we will refine and edit them to your satisfaction. (If subsequent preliminary sketch meetings are necessary, each is $50).

Step 4:

Once we have agreed on the final design, you will be asked to sign a contract and put a 50% deposit* down for the final artwork. (cost varies with each project depending on time, materials used and size). The contract will state the completion date and that the remainder of the payment will be due at the final meeting and “Big Reveal”. I will keep you informed of progress and reach out for your input and feedback as needed.
